For those yet to be sold:
All active and retired clergy and clergy widows/widowers affiliated with the Diocese of Easton, all parish or diocesan lay professionals and parishioners are eligible to participate. The cost is an annual fee of $100 plus $400 per week to rent the multi-room condos located up and down the east coast of the U.S.

Clergy have first call on each unit, but only until 60 days before it becomes available.  Lay persons may then lock in their choice.

The Diocese's Clergy Vacation Committee will also consider applications from clergy and lay professionals in neighboring dioceses including Delaware, Maryland, and Washington.
